Ghee Milk Mysorepak is a luxurious South Indian sweet made with ghee (clarified butter), milk, and chickpea flour (besan). To make it, cook a mixture of ghee and chickpea flour until aromatic. Gradually add milk and sugar, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. Pour into a greased tray, smooth it out, and let it cool before cutting into pieces. The result is a rich, buttery sweet with a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
