Return Policy
The products we sell at https://desiKorner.com are brand new, and we take great care when packing and shipping them. Before placing your order, please ask any questions you may have about the product, and we will assist you with the specifics.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed for a different item, if we are unable to process a specific item in your entire order. Although we ship worldwide and take great care with packaging, we regrettably do not have an exchange policy for customers.
We make an effort to accommodate different approaches to address any issues that may arise, and these will occasionally vary depending on the circumstances.
Please be aware that we do not exchange items because the shipping costs makes it unfavourable.
Returns:
In the following circumstances, we accept returns.
- If you received a product that was damaged or different from what you ordered, you should notify us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp along with a video showing the product being unboxed.
- After returns are approved, we will provide you with an exchange.
- Returns must be sent via reputable courier services, in their original packaging, and the buyer is responsible for paying for them.
- After a product is purchased, we are unable to provide refunds. Only in the event of damage during transit or incorrect product delivery will we replace it with the same item.
Refunds:
- If the product is unavailable, we discover a flaw, or there is no delivery service at your location, you will receive a 100% refund.
- Refunds can be made within two to seven business days.
